EVERY moment I have been in need, someone has been there for us, even if they are NOT our assigned representative. For example, this year we traveled to Florida. The day we were leaving, we had a costuming issue and I needed to talk to someone...our representative was in a meeting and another representative heard my concern, filled an order for us, and shipped what we needed to our hotel in Florida. When we arrived 24 hours later from Iowa, our package was there as promised. Then, our representative went above and beyond by calling to make sure we had received the costume piece and to see if everything was OK.
Rivar's claims they have award winning customer service...they couldn't have said it any better. I will continue to use Rivar's because of their product, but also because of their friendly and personal touch.

I have been responsible for the primary costuming of our show choir for the past three years and I have never utilized a show choir costuming company before.
